We are inviting applications from CA students for the position of Articled Assistant. The role is structured to provide comprehensive practical exposure in direct and indirect taxation, GST compliance, audits, assessments, and allied professional work under the close guidance of seniors and partners. The position involves hands-on involvement in compliance, audit execution, documentation, and client coordination, offering a strong foundation in taxation laws, audit practices, and professional standards essential for a successful career as a Chartered Accountant.
You will:
- Assist in GST compliance, including preparation and filing of returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C) under supervision.
- Assist in direct taxation work, including preparation of income tax returns (ITR), computation of income, and tax working papers for individuals, firms, and companies.
- Support seniors in GST audits, departmental audits, income tax assessments, and proceedings.
- Assist in drafting replies to GST notices, income tax notices, departmental communications, and audit queries.
- Participate in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits, including vouching, verification, and preparation of working papers.
- Perform reconciliations between books of accounts, GST returns, Form 26AS, AIS, TDS returns, and e-invoice/e-way bill data.
- Assist in TDS compliance, including return preparation, reconciliation, and basic rectification work.
- Conduct research on GST law, income tax provisions, notifications, circulars, and judicial precedents.
- Maintain proper documentation, audit files, and compliance records in line with firm standards.
- Coordinate with clients for the collection of data, clarifications, and the resolution of basic queries.

Qualification Requirement:
- CA student registered with ICAI and eligible for articleship
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent (pursuing or completed)
